Due to the size and weight of this product, it will be delivered on a pallet. This is to ensure the safe delivery of the item and minimise the chance of damage during delivery. We will call you shortly after you place your order (Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm) to arrange a weekday delivery day. Pallet deliveries are not tracked, but they do arrive between 9am and 5pm, and must be signed for.
